Kaf Consultancy is one of the leading independent think-tank on international development, personal and group management. We have a strong Policy Unit which aims to serve the needs of the academic, policy, business, civil society community and Sports community. We conduct research, evaluation, and educative and capacity building projects that address the numerous and complex policy and business implications.

Our mission is to inspire and inform policy and practice which lead to the reduction of poverty, creation of professional careers in Sports, the alleviation of suffering and the achievement of sustainable livelihoods in developing countries. We do this by locking together high quality applied research, practical policy advice, personal and group management and policy-focused dissemination and debate. We work with partners in the public and private sectors, in both developing and developed countries.
